GROWTH STALLED?

You Don’t Need Another Tactic. You Need Someone Who Can Own the Whole Growth System.

I’m Toi Lyn Parker, a Shopify Select Partner and e-commerce growth strategist. I help e-commerce brands figure out why growth has stalled, build the plan to fix it, and keep the pieces moving together.

A FEW CREDITS:

YOU MAY BE THINKING...

"I’ve already tried the obvious fixes. New ads. A different agency. A site refresh."

...but we still aren't growing.

When you’ve already tried the obvious things and the number still isn’t moving, the problem usually isn’t finding one more thing to try.

Your store, ads, email, offers, and customer experience can each look fine on their own and still not add up to growth.

The real issue is often what’s happening between them.

Before we decide what to fix, I look at four parts of the business:

01

Perceived Value

Do customers immediately understand why your product is worth buying and why they should choose you?

02

Conversion

Are people coming to the store and not buying, and do we know why?

03

Cashflow Loop

Are customers coming back and buying again, or are you constantly paying to replace them?

04

Scaling

If we get the store converting better, do you have a reliable way to bring in more of the right customers?

If we skip this and jump straight to another campaign, redesign, or tactic, we risk fixing the wrong problem.

My job is to figure out what’s actually holding growth back, find the highest-leverage place to start, and build the plan around it.

NOT THEORETICAL

Here's what it looks like in practice

DATA · OPERATIONS · CUSTOMER FLOW

Their AOV Was Basically a Lie

Their average order value looked like a customer behavior problem. It wasn’t.

Inventory was overselling during live shows, so customers adapted by placing multiple one-item orders instead of building a cart. That distorted AOV and made the numbers hard to trust.

I traced the problem back to two disconnected systems, then led the move to Shopify to fix the root issue.

The result: the daily overselling stopped, inventory could finally keep up with live sales, and the data was no longer being distorted by the same operational problem.

CONVERSION · CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

One Brand. Three Completely Different Ways to Buy.

The brand sold personalized team gear, bulk orders, and custom logo design from the same site.

The problem was that each one required a completely different buying process.

Instead of forcing every customer through the same path, I structured the store around how each type of customer actually needed to buy, while keeping the complexity behind the scenes.

The result: three clear buying paths built around customer intent, not internal operations.

TWO STARTING POINTS

Store build, growth partner, or both

It starts the same way

01

"I need my Shopify store built or rebuilt."

That’s exactly what I do. But a store built without understanding your offer, conversion bottlenecks, and retention plan can become a nicer-looking version of the same problem.

I’ll design and build the store around what actually drives revenue for your brand.

02

"I need help growing or marketing my brand."

Also great. But more marketing isn’t always the answer. The problem may be the offer, the store, or what happens after the sale. We’ll figure out what’s actually holding growth back before you spend more trying to fix the wrong thing.

Either way, it starts with one conversation. Not a sales pitch, a real look at what's actually happening in your business and what the highest-leverage next move is.

WHY PEOPLE TRUST ME

Strategic enough to own the plan. Hands-on enough to fix what’s broken.

I’ve worked across the parts of e-commerce that are usually handled separately: Shopify, paid media, email, partnerships, conversion, and operations.

So when growth stalls, I’m not looking at one channel in isolation. I’m looking at how the whole business is working together, where things are breaking down, and what needs attention first.

  • Turned around an underperforming Meta campaign, cutting cost per lead from $122.46 to $15.27 and CPM from $178.31 to $68.25.
  • Led a Shopify migration of 2,000+ SKUs and 50,000+ orders across seven business functions in three months.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Who I work best with

I’m usually the best fit for brands that are ready to look beyond quick fixes and figure out what’s actually getting in the way of growth.

GOOD FIT

  • Sales have stalled, or growth isn’t matching the amount of time and money you’re putting in
  • You’ve tried a few fixes already, but you’re still not sure what’s actually holding the business back
  • You want someone who can look across the store, marketing, retention, and operations instead of treating each one separately
  • You’re willing to fix the real problem, even if it turns out to be different from the one you expected

PROBABLY NOT A FIT

  • You already know exactly what you want and just need someone to execute it
  • You’re mainly looking for the cheapest possible build or marketing support

What to expect on the call

Not a sales pitch disguised as a "free call." Here's exactly what happens.

01

About 30-45 minutes on Zoom.

02

You’ll walk me through what’s happening with the business, what you’ve tried, and where growth seems to be getting stuck.

03

We’ll look at the business through the core four areas: perceived value, conversion, retention, and scale.

04

I’ll tell you what I think needs attention first and what I’d recommend doing next.

A few quick questions

I already have a team or agency. Can you work with them?

Yes. You don’t have to replace everyone for us to work together. I can help figure out where growth is getting stuck, build the plan, and work alongside the people already handling different parts of the business.

How is this different from hiring a Shopify developer or marketing agency?

A developer usually focuses on the store. An agency usually focuses on the marketing they were hired to manage.

I look across the business first, figure out what’s actually holding growth back, and then determine what needs to happen next.

What if I only need a Shopify store built or rebuilt?

That’s fine. I build Shopify stores too. We’ll still spend some time understanding how your business sells before I start designing, so we’re not just rebuilding the same problems into a new site.

Do I have to hire you for ongoing support after the strategy call?

No. The call is about figuring out what makes sense for your business. If working together is the right next step, we can talk about what that looks like. If it isn’t, that’s okay too.

How much does this cost?

The strategy call is free. Pricing depends on what you actually need, so we’ll talk about scope and options once I understand the business.
